What we're about:
The name speaks for itself! We are Aperture Photography Workshops.
All skill levels of photographers are welcome!
Our events include shootouts, workshops, lectures, and classes. We try and be creative and strive to help everyone who attends events leave a better photographer and having had allot of fun!
All of our instructors are experts on lighting and we are here to help our members become better at lighting. We use, studio, natural and mixed lighting!
We are open to suggestions for classes! Please contact us if there is a event you want to see us put on!
Please note our cancellation policy: If you sign up for an event of any kind and do not show up you have forfeited your class fee, there are no refunds. All of our events involve production costs including modeling fees.
What We Offer

Photography Shootouts
Photography Shootouts
Photography shootouts are when we set up a photoshoot of a specific type, usually including at least one model, and no formal instruction is provided. Photography shootouts are excellent for portfolio building, or even just practicing.
Photography Workshops
Photography Workshops
Photography workshops focused on teaching a specific aspect or genre. Workshops specialize in teaching lighting, camera basics, or how to shoot specific genres, such as fashion, swimwear, etc.
Photography Classes
Photography Classes
We provide photography classes, providing instruction on various aspects of photography. These classes typically will be lectures, though some may have instructor demonstrating with a model or other subject. Photography classes will generally not allow students time to shoot, with some exceptions.
