Aperture Photography Workshops started as a Meetup group and is in the process of expanding its reach to better serve the community. As we grow from merely a Meetup group, this website is part of that growth and we will be designing and adding features over time. We welcome input if you would like to see any new features added.
As we begin our growth, we are looking at what to offer the community, not just great opportunities to shoot, but educational workshops as well, some combined for specific purposes. We are currently working on our January 2021 schedule and will be adding them to the website very soon. One feature that will be added soon is our newsletter service, which will initially provide only notifications of new workshops added, but will also include helpful articles on tips, tricks, and workflows to improve your own photography.
Sponsors are another aspect we are adding. In our efforts to better serve the community, we are looking for sponsors to assist in our endeavors and looking to connect with the community as well. We have a section on the homepage to highlight those who choose to become a sponsor.
That is a quick overview of where Aperture Photography Workshops is at this stage. Look for more updates and workshops to be added in the near future as we kick things off for 2021.
